Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPN19 marketing website, user panel and subscription services. It explains what information is used for accounts, billing and maintenance, and how users can submit privacy requests. When visiting third-party websites or using payment services, please also review the privacy policies of the relevant providers.

Account Information and How It Is Used

No email address is required to create a VPN19 account; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is not required during registration, and creating an account does not involve collecting a registration email. Account information is used for authentication, access management and subscription delivery. Users should keep their login credentials secure.

When a subscription is activated or a support ticket is submitted, VPN19 processes plan status, data usage, order-related information and details users choose to provide. This information is used to calculate allowances, verify orders, handle refunds and troubleshoot issues. Do not include passwords, complete payment credentials or subscription links in support tickets. Redact sensitive fields from screenshots first.

No-Logs Approach and Connection Data

VPN19 follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, destination URLs or DNS query history. It does not create records that can be used to trace an individual's browsing activity.

To forward data, the service processes the current connection state in memory while it is running. When a connection ends, the related state is released. Individual connection source addresses, destination addresses and start and end times are not persistently stored as connection history. Cumulative account usage and subscription allowances are used for billing calculations and do not include details of browsing destinations.

Necessary account security events and service error information are limited to verification and troubleshooting purposes. They do not include browsing content and are deleted or de-identified after the period needed for troubleshooting or security checks. This operational information is not used to reconstruct users' browsing histories.

Website Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, link clicks and page errors so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to pages on this website and are not used to track browsing activity over subscription connections. Analytics events should not include passwords, login credentials or subscription keys.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login sessions and save language preferences and essential interface settings. Users can manage or clear this data in their browser; after clearing it, they may need to log in again and reset their preferences. On a shared device, we recommend logging out and clearing locally stored credentials after use.

Third-Party Payments and Disclosure

VPN19 supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment authorization and transaction processing are handled by the relevant third-party payment providers, whose privacy practices and retention rules are explained by those providers. VPN19 uses order numbers, amounts, payment status and necessary transaction references to confirm payments and provide after-sales support. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords.

Account information is not sold. Where processing is entrusted to a provider as necessary to deliver the service, the information shared is limited to the relevant purpose. If disclosure is required by applicable law, the basis for the request is reviewed and disclosure is limited to what is necessary.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained as needed while the account is in use. Order records are retained as required for reconciliation, refunds, dispute handling and applicable laws. Support ticket content is retained while an issue is being resolved and for any necessary review. Once the purpose has been fulfilled and there is no continuing basis for retention, information is deleted or de-identified rather than kept indefinitely by default.

Users can log in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of account information, specifying the scope of the request. Account ownership must be verified before processing. If transaction records cannot be deleted immediately, we will explain why they are retained and how their use is restricted. Deleting an account may affect subscription access; residual information in backups is cleared as backups are rotated.

Policy Updates and Privacy Requests

When this policy changes, the updated text and last-updated month will appear on this page. Important changes to data use or user rights will be explained through an in-service notice. Where new processing requires consent, that consent must be obtained before processing begins; updating this page alone is not a substitute.

For questions about data handling or to submit a privacy request, contact VPN19 through a panel support ticket. Subscription use and refund rules are covered separately in the Terms of Service; this policy does not change those rules.
