Create an account and sign in
Select “Try it free” below to open the VPN19 user panel, then choose a username and password as prompted. No email address is required to create an account. Choose a username that's easy to save and enter accurately. Use a unique password, different from those you use on other sites, and store it in a trusted password manager.
After submitting the form, follow the page to the panel. If you remain on the sign-in screen, log in with the username and password you just created. First, make sure you can see your account overview, then choose a plan. Creating an account does not automatically activate a subscription. Check the panel to see whether you have an active plan and how much data remains.
To use VPN19 on another device, sign in to the same account to manage your subscription. You don't need a separate account for each platform. If the page says your username is unavailable or your passwords don't match, correct the current form as prompted. For sign-in help, see Account and subscription FAQs. Avoid creating multiple accounts, which can leave orders split between them.
Choose a plan and confirm your order
After signing in, open the plans section in the panel and compare monthly subscriptions with data plans. Monthly options are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Choose based on how you use the connection: text chats, file transfers, and video streaming use different amounts of data, with continuous video typically using more than text conversations. Don't choose an allowance based on device count alone.
If your usage varies, compare the data plans: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data is valid until used and never expires. The difference between monthly subscriptions and data plans is how they're billed and how data is used; data plans don't refill automatically each month. See the plans and pricing page for a full comparison before making your selection in the panel.
Open the order page for your chosen plan and check the plan name, price, data allowance, and billing terms. Select Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, then follow the payment page instructions. After paying, return to the VPN19 panel and confirm that your order status and subscription details have updated. If the payment hasn't synced yet, check your order details and payment records. Don't submit the same order again just because the update is delayed.
VPN19 supports unlimited devices and offers a 7-day refund policy. If you upgrade mid-term, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the panel for the exact result. For billing, orders, and refunds, see Billing and refund information. Once you confirm that your subscription is active, continue to retrieve its URL.
Get your subscription in the panel
Open your account overview to find your current subscription details and the panel's copy or import options. A subscription URL isn't a regular web page; it's how a client retrieves route configuration. Don't paste it into a browser's address bar. Instead, give it to the appropriate client so it can fetch the configuration and display the available routes.
If the panel offers direct import, install the appropriate client first, then return to the panel and use that option. Your browser may ask whether to open an external app; check that it's the client you just installed before continuing. If the app doesn't open, keep the panel page open and copy the subscription URL, then import it from a link in the client. There's no need to keep clicking the external-app prompt.
The panel may offer different subscription formats for different clients. Choose the option that matches your client; don't substitute a format just because the URL looks similar. Use the panel's copy button to avoid missing characters at the end. If the client can't read the configuration, first check that you chose the right format, copied the full URL, and didn't include extra spaces. Then investigate whether the issue is with the route.
Import on each platform
Open the downloads section in the panel, choose the VPN19 client for your device, and read the installation and import instructions for your platform. Sign in to download the Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux clients. For iOS, available download options depend on the status of an eligible plan in the panel. You must be signed in to get your subscription; this page doesn't provide direct installer links.
These steps apply to the subscription clients provided in the panel. If the panel supports direct import into your client, follow its instructions. For manual import, open the client's “Subscription” or “Configuration” section. Don't enter your subscription URL in a regular server address field in system settings; those fields serve different purposes.
Windows: Import from the configuration page
Download the VPN19 client for Windows from the panel and open it after installation. Find the “Subscription” or “Configuration” page, choose import from a link or add a subscription, and paste the URL copied from your account overview. If asked for a name, choose one that makes the configuration easy to recognize. The name is only for local identification and doesn't change your plan.
Save the subscription and update or fetch the configuration. Once the route list appears, set this configuration as active. Next, open the connection or proxy page and enable the system proxy as instructed by the client. If you're using another connection mode provided by the client, follow its instructions. Start with only this client enabled to avoid conflicts with other proxy tools that may be handling your traffic.
macOS: Check proxy permissions after importing
Download the VPN19 client for macOS from the panel and open it according to the installation instructions. Use the panel's import option, or choose import from URL in the app's subscription or configuration settings. Paste and save the subscription URL, update the configuration, and check that the available locations and route names appear. Then select the configuration you want to use.
When you connect, macOS may ask you to approve network permissions or allow the client to change proxy settings. Read the prompt, verify the app's source, and grant permission as instructed. Avoid changing proxy settings in multiple places at once. If you close the window while the connection is still running, check the client's status in the menu bar before deciding whether to continue or quit. Closing the window doesn't necessarily turn off the proxy.
Android: Import a configuration from a subscription link
Sign in to the panel and download the VPN19 client for Android. Install it by following the system prompts, then open the app. Go to configuration or subscription management, choose add, and import from a link. Paste the subscription URL into the appropriate field, save it, and update the configuration. If Android shows a clipboard notice after you copy the URL, confirm that the current client is the app about to read it before continuing.
Select the imported configuration and start the connection. Android may show a system prompt to approve the VPN connection; confirm the client and allow it. Keep the app in the foreground for your first check, then switch to a browser and open the service you want to use. Once it works, check whether the connection stays active when the app is in the background. If Android's battery management interrupts it, consult your device's app management instructions; there's no need to change every battery setting at the outset.
iOS: Get and import the client through the panel
Sign in to the panel on your iOS device and check the downloads section for the iOS options currently available to your account. Availability depends on whether you have an eligible plan. If the page asks you to confirm your plan, return to the account overview and check its status. Don't look for installation links from unknown sources. Once an option is available, download the VPN19 client as instructed in the panel.
After installation, return to the panel and use the appropriate import option. For manual import, paste the subscription URL into the client's subscription or configuration page, save it, and update. When connecting for the first time, iOS may ask permission to add a VPN configuration. Approve the prompt, then select a route. A VPN indicator in the system status only confirms that a connection is established; follow the steps below to verify that the target app is using the expected location.
Linux users can also download the appropriate client from the panel and follow the download section's instructions to choose a subscription format and import method. Proxy settings vary across desktop environments and command-line tools. After establishing a basic connection, see the AI connectivity guide if you need to route terminal or developer tools through the connection. This page doesn't cover environment variables or developer tool configuration.
Connect to a route and verify it works
Once the subscription has updated successfully, choose a route in a location supported by the service you want to use, then connect. For your first setup, keep the client's default routing rules and verify basic access before changing rules, DNS, or connection modes. That makes it easier to identify what went wrong if something doesn't work, instead of having to check several changed settings.
Next, confirm that the system proxy or the VPN connection method required by your client is enabled. Selecting a route without starting traffic routing may leave apps on their original network path. Use a trusted IP lookup page to check your exit location, then open the service you want to use. Check in this order: connection status, exit location, and the service itself. The client's status message alone doesn't confirm that every app is using the connection.
For AI tools such as ChatGPT, first check that the page loads, then send a normal request and see whether the response continues to appear. If the home page opens but you can't sign in or complete a request, check the service's requirements for your account, location, and connection environment. VPN19 provides network routes; it doesn't grant account access or change the locations where the service is available.
If a service works in your browser but not in a desktop app or terminal, first check whether that app uses the system proxy and whether the client's routing rules include it. Don't switch all your routes straight away. AI websites, APIs, and IDE plugins may use different network settings. See the complete guide to accessing AI tools to troubleshoot those differences.
If no apps can connect, first check that your local network is working. Then confirm that the subscription can update, your plan is active, and the configuration is selected. Try another route in a location supported by the target service, then reopen the app and test again. If the problem persists, note your device platform, the client's error message, selected location, and where the issue occurs. Visit FAQs and connection troubleshooting, or share these details through a panel support ticket.
Your initial setup is complete when your exit location and access to the target service both match your expectations. Next time, open the client, check the active configuration, and connect. If the route list changes, update it from the existing subscription; you don't need to create another account. To set up another device, follow the same import steps. Keep your subscription details secure and check your data and plan status in the panel.
