International routes and access paths

First check which locations the target service supports, then choose a route in a supported location. Geographic distance is only one factor; what matters most is whether the service works for you.

VPN19 covers 100+ countries and 150+ routes. The overview below offers starting points for checking common locations; a location alone does not guarantee that a particular service will work. Check the account dashboard for current cities, route types and available options. After connecting, visit the target site to confirm sign-in, content loading and continued use. The workflow shown above illustrates split tunneling and does not mean that a location works for every AI tool or account.

Check the connection from routing to the app

Break down peak-hour use, AI tools, streaming and multiple devices into specific steps, each with a clear setup and check.

Check sustained performance at peak hours

Check stability during actual tasks at peak hours: do web pages load consistently, do videos keep buffering, or do long conversations get interrupted? Route names and one-off test results cannot replace real-world use. First rule out local Wi-Fi fluctuations, background downloads and other devices using the connection, then compare routes in the same location. Keeping a route and routing setup that work for your task makes it easier to identify what changes than frequently switching locations. If problems occur only at certain times, note when they happen, which app is involved and the client status so you have details to compare during troubleshooting.

Military-grade encryption and account security

VPN19 describes its connection security as military-grade encryption, but protecting your account and subscription details is still part of using the service safely. Your subscription URL lets the client retrieve its configuration, so treat it as account information. Don’t include it in public screenshots, shared documents or discussion forums. Use a unique password and access your account dashboard from your own device. When troubleshooting, share only the relevant error details and redact sensitive information from screenshots. Encryption does not replace the target website’s account security or change third-party service rules; sign-in and authorization still take place with the service itself.

Check the route for each AI tool

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Cursor have different location requirements, account eligibility rules and network behavior. Check the target service’s currently supported locations, then make sure the browser or app is using the selected route. A website loading successfully doesn’t mean IDE extensions, command-line tools or API requests follow the same path; developer tools may use separate proxy settings. Keep the route consistent during long conversations and streaming responses. If you see a location warning or rate limit, save the error details and check account eligibility, routing rules and exit location separately instead of assuming every issue is a network problem.

Judge streaming by playback

Netflix and Disney+ catalogs depend on your account, location and each service’s rules, so a route’s location alone cannot tell you what will play. Choose a location that meets the service’s requirements, then check the catalog, playback and video quality in the app. If quality drops, see whether buffering continues, then check your local network and background traffic; simply refreshing the page may not clear app cache effects. Route selection changes the connection path; it does not include a third-party subscription or guarantee that specific content will remain available. Check the target service for current playback availability.

Unlimited devices, 7-day refund policy

VPN19 supports unlimited devices and Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Import the subscription and set rules on each device as needed; your work computer and entertainment devices don’t have to use the same access setup. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, so keep your selected plan’s allowance in mind. Once set up, test the connection on your usual networks and in the apps you use to make sure the import and access paths work as expected. VPN19 offers a 7-day refund policy. See the Terms of Service for application rules and use the account dashboard for related requests.

Treat network connections and app permissions separately

When comparing cross-border access services, a vague promise of speed is less useful than clear details about cost, data, devices and where to get started. VPN19 brings these details into one workflow: identify the service you need, choose a route, check the app, then select a subscription based on actual usage. Route coverage gives you options but does not grant eligibility for a target service; military-grade encryption protects the connection but does not replace device security or account access controls.

If you mainly use AI tools, start with our ChatGPT access guide to understand the differences between web and app access. For interrupted streaming responses, failed API requests or IDE proxy settings, see the AI troubleshooting guide. This helps you investigate the step where the problem occurs instead of repeatedly switching clients. Find common questions about subscriptions, billing and refunds in the FAQ.

Client and subscription setup

Get the client from your account dashboard; sign in to access your subscription. Set up your device first, then test the target app.

From account setup to connection checks

No email address required—just a username and password. After signing in to your account dashboard, download the client for non-iOS devices. For iOS, available download links depend on the active plan shown in the dashboard. Once you have your subscription, follow the guide for your device to import the configuration. Confirm that the client can load the routes, then choose a location that meets the target service’s requirements. Downloading the client, getting a subscription and routing an app through a connection are separate steps; installation alone isn’t the end of setup.

For your first setup, start with the default rule-based mode. Open a familiar website to check that it works, then test the app that needs an international route. If your browser works but another app doesn’t, first check whether that app follows the system proxy; terminal and developer tools may need separate settings. Avoid changing multiple rules before you’ve verified the basics. After switching devices or reinstalling, check that the subscription imported successfully. See the setup guide for the full walkthrough.

Monthly plans and data packs

Choose based on how often you use the service and how much data you need—not the number of devices. Every plan supports unlimited devices.

Monthly plan · 60GB

¥9.9/month

A good starting point for documents, browsing and light everyday use. Track your actual data usage to see whether it’s enough.

  • Includes 60GB of data
  • Data resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day refund policy

Monthly plan · 500GB

¥28/month

For heavier data use, frequent video streaming or file transfers. A larger allowance does not mean a higher fixed speed.

Monthly plan for regular use, data pack for occasional use

Monthly plan data resets on the activation date each month. Check the corresponding date in your account rather than assuming it resets at the end of the calendar month. Documents and text chats, video streaming and file transfers use data differently, so daily usage time alone won’t tell you which plan you need. Track data use in your usual apps before changing your allowance. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days; check the account dashboard for the exact change.

Check payment and refund terms first

VPN19 accepts Alipay, WeChat and USDT, and offers a 7-day refund policy. When choosing a plan in your account dashboard, check the price, data allowance and billing method, then follow the on-page steps. Monthly plans and data packs are designed for different usage patterns: don’t treat a data pack price as a monthly fee or assume unlimited devices means unlimited data. Handle order, plan and refund questions through the dashboard. See the Terms of Service for full details.

The homepage’s “Start Free” button leads into the service setup flow. The monthly plans and data packs listed here are available at the prices shown; the button does not mean extra free data or a discount on plan prices. If you have questions about costs, read the full plan details before choosing how to use the service.

Route selection and usage records

Start with a specific question: AI sign-in, monthly costs, video quality or client setup. These articles explain how to assess the issue before drawing conclusions.

Keep reading for your current task

If you haven’t set up a client yet, start with the setup guide and work through your account, subscription, import and connection checks. If you can connect but a target app sometimes fails, first confirm whether the issue is limited to that app, then read the relevant guide. Choose routes based on the service’s location requirements, the actual path taken by requests and sustained performance—not just the location label. When reading articles, distinguish general troubleshooting advice from conditions at the time of publication; third-party location policies and account rules may change.

To report an issue, include the target service, selected location, client mode and error message. Don’t share your full subscription URL or account password. This helps protect your account and makes it easier to troubleshoot in order: app → routing → route.
